Is this course certified?

• The Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (CSM) training course is certified.  Completing the training course and completing the post-course exam will earn you the CSM certification.
  

Is there an exam?

To validate your learning, there is an online exam that you need to take to achieve your CSM certificate:

• Question Type: Multiple Choice
• Pass Mark: 37/50 (74%)
• Duration: 60 minutes, within 90 days of training
• Material Allowed: Open Book – you can use the Scrum guide or our Scrum Master Prep for reference
• Awarding Body: This course is accredited by the Scrum Alliance®, and on completing this class and passing the exam, participants will receive the Certified ScrumMaster® certification.

Please note: Two attempts to pass the exam are included in the course cost; Scrum Alliance will charge $25 for additional attempts to sit the exam.

What is the duration of the course?

• 16-hour virtual course over two days.

How many students are in a class? 

• We limit each class to a maximum of 20 students.

What is the refund policy?

• Full refunds up to 14 days before the scheduled course date.
• No refunds or transfers within 14 days of a course start date.
• There are no refunds for participants who fail to attend all days of the course.
